Lynn Saldanha

Lynn Saldanha (BA (UFT), LLB (Monash), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice), joined our firm in 2011. Lynn has previously held positions in the Not For Profit sector as in house lawyer with the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne, as a general practitioner in regional Victoria and worked for multinational corporations.

Lynn places emphasis on getting to know and understand the needs of her clients and brings a keen appreciation of commercial realities. She has worked with small, medium and large business entities. Lynn regularly advises in relation to all areas of commercial law including:

•    Acquisitions and sales of businesses
•    Agreements and contracts
•    Commercial and retail leasing
•    Franchising
•    Drafting and reviewing trust deeds
•    Superannuation

Lynn was previously a Member of the Monash Law Faculty Academic Board, volunteered at the Springvale Monash Legal Service and is a valued and respected member of the legal team in the firm.
